Creating Healthy Places to Live, Work & Play is fortunate to be collaborating with several dedicated partners who work within the target communities of Kingston, Ellenville, Phoenicia and Saugerties. Grant funded by the NY State Department of Health in 2011, the CHP team and partners work to create policy, systems, and environmental changes in Ulster County. With specific initiatives designed to improve access to healthy foods and opportunities for physical activity, the committed staff and partner organizations interface and share their knowledge within the communities.
